Not a replacement for your team
The platform is designed to answer routine questions in the approved words of the source, so your team has time for the cases that need a person.
For customer support
Many contacts are questions the manual already answers. IFUto.ai is designed to make those answers easy to find for customers, for AI assistants and for your own support tools, with the same approved text everywhere.
In development The platform is in development. This page describes its design.
01 · The problem
Customers search, ask an AI assistant, and then contact support. The answer is usually in the manual, but in a PDF or portal that is hard to search and that assistants hardly read.
When assistants answer from forums or older models, customers arrive with the wrong steps. Your team first has to correct the answer before it can solve the problem.
The platform is designed to answer routine questions in the approved words of the source, so your team has time for the cases that need a person.
02 · What it is designed to do
One task per page, with the steps, the warnings and the models it applies to. Designed so customers find and follow the right step themselves.
Help centre, AI assistants, video and your own chatbot use the same approved text. When the source changes, every channel follows.
An MCP server is designed to let your chatbot or agent-assist tool search the approved topics and quote them with their source.
Warnings and cautions stay word for word. Automation does not reword them without human approval.
03 · Where it fits
| Budget line | What it is designed to cover |
|---|---|
| Knowledge base and help centre | Topic pages per task, error code and model, in each language. |
| Chatbot and agent assist | Approved topics over MCP, so answers can quote the official source. |
| Self-service video | Short how-to videos per topic, made from the approved text. |
| Field service and partners | Private topics for technicians and partners, through an authenticated MCP endpoint with your own sign-in, if you enable it. |
Technical documentation supplies the content. Support decides which questions come first.
04 · Measure
Compare the published topics with the contact reasons in your own support reporting, before and after each release.
Your customers' real questions, asked regularly to AI assistants with web search. You see whether the answer cites your page and whether key facts match.
Your support figures stay in your own systems. Answer checks report trends, not guarantees.
05 · Who does what
One platform, three teams. Each keeps its own role.
Owns visibility: how the brand answers in search and in AI assistants, in every language and on video.
Owns self-service: one approved answer in the help centre, in AI assistants and in your own support tools.
Owns the source: delivers the content and the access, and approves what is published.

06 · Next step
Bring the questions your team answers most often. We take the manual behind them and show you the first topic pages, before anything is published.
